Free trial classes are available to new members only — one per person. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion. Classes are subject to availability and we may cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

4. Memberships & Payments

Membership fees are as published on our website or agreed at point of sale. Payments are processed securely via PushPress. Memberships are non-transferable. Cancellation terms are as agreed at the time of purchase.

5. SMS & Email Marketing

By opting in to SMS or email marketing you agree to receive promotional communications from us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out does not affect your membership or booking rights.

6. Health & Safety

Boxing and martial arts carry inherent physical risks. By attending classes you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are medically fit to participate. If you have any health concerns, please consult a doctor before attending. We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes where reasonable care has been taken by our coaches.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure a safe training environment. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of attending our classes, except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings on our premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Basingstoke Boxing Classes and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
