Everything you need to know before you book
Our teens boxing classes are for ages 11–16. We split kids (5–10) and adults (16+) into separate sessions so teens train with their own age group at the right intensity.
Sparring is optional and only introduced once your teen has the technique and control. When it happens it's always supervised, with full headguard, gumshield and proper protective equipment. Many of our teens train for years without ever competing.
