More women are discovering boxing than ever before — and with good reason. Whether you want to get incredibly fit, build real confidence, learn self-defence, or just try something new, our Basingstoke gym welcomes you with your first class completely free.
Some women feel nervous about walking into a boxing gym for the first time. It's understandable — there's a stereotype. But at Basingstoke Boxing Classes, that's not what you'll find.
A significant proportion of our members are women. They train alongside men, they get the same quality coaching, and they are equally respected. There is zero tolerance for intimidating behaviour.
You will never be pressured to spar. You'll never be put in a situation that makes you uncomfortable. You come, you train hard, you leave feeling great.

Burn 600–800 calories per session. Boxing training develops cardiovascular fitness faster than almost anything else — and it's genuinely enjoyable.
Learn practical skills that give you genuine confidence in your safety. Boxing teaches you awareness, assertiveness, and effective techniques.
Boxing tones your arms, core, shoulders, and legs simultaneously. Members consistently report dramatic improvements in how they look and feel.
There is something uniquely powerful about learning to hit hard and defend yourself. The confidence this builds transfers into every area of life.
Our female members form a tight, supportive group. Training together, pushing each other, and celebrating progress is a big part of what makes the gym special.
There is nothing quite like hitting a bag after a difficult day. Boxing forces you to be present, switch off from stress, and feel incredible afterwards.
